Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. 

All orders are dispatched from our premises in Horsmonden, Kent.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 4:00pm, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch confirmation is sent by email once your order has left us.

While we hold stock of our full cutter range, in the rare event that an item is unavailable we will contact you promptly with an expected dispatch date or offer a full refund.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. As we are not VAT registered, no VAT is added to goods or delivery charges.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

We send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Once an order has been passed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather, or peak periods are not grounds for compensation, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately on 01892 722 777 — if the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to correct it.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at richard@cnccuttersdirect.co.uk or 01892 722 777 and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the goods where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cutting tools are packed to protect both the edge of the cutter and the person opening the parcel. Please take care when unpacking.

Trade, bulk and custom orders

Bulk orders and custom-specification cutters may have different dispatch times, which will be confirmed with you at the point of quotation.
